Contracting to Developers

We have had 30 years experience in the construction industry and can offer a contract build service. We have vast experience in running sites varying from 1 home to sites of 25 homes, including social housing and eco homes. We are able to offer the Property Developer a full service to develop your site to its full potential.

Extensions

Free quotations are available to carry out extensions to your existing home. Any works carried out are done with the minimum disruption possible to you. Extensions are priced, not estimated – a full specification is provided so you know what you are getting from day one, no surprises.

Renovations

Whether it is an old property in need of renovation or a derelict property or barn conversion, we can work with you to provide all the expertise necessary to complete the works to maximise the potential of the property.
